SHIPPING :



Orders and shipping: 

 

Some of our products are produced by order, so in some cases it can take up to a week for the products to be processed and shipped off towards the customers. Orders normally take between 3-10 days to be processed and shipped. 

 

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided once the order is placed. 

 

If the email address provided is the incorrect one or has a mistake, please send an email to hello@thecheshop.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made until the shipment email is received. 

 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any border import taxes applied to the order.

 

We ship from Austria to many countries around the world within 3 to 10 business days after the placement of your order. However, expect longer delivery times for shipments outside of the European Union. The shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the order. 

 

Your order will be shipped by the Austrian postal service to the address you specified, which as soon as the placement of your order and receipt of your payment is completed, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided.

RETURNS: 

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL. 

 

We accept returns of items within 15 days of receiving the order. These items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

 

We pay extensive attention to making sure that all of our products are inspected and safely packaged before being sent. In case a damaged or incorrect product arrives, please contact us via hello@thecheshop.com  Within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will make sure to find a solution and arrange a return or exchange. In this scenario, CHÉ will cover the costs of shipping and return costs.

 

In case of special offers, such as free shipping, the customer will still be responsible for the return shipping costs, should this be necessary. 

 

CHÉ  reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet its return policy requirements.

 

In case you decide not to keep an item within the 15 day period, we offer the following options:

 

  1. Exchange the item for another item of the same amount
  2. Exchange the item for another item of a bigger amount, and pay the difference via paypal
  3. Full refund of the items. (The refund will not include any shipping costs)

 

For the return shipping, we recommend using the same packaging the items arrived in (if they are still usable)  so we can try to keep waste to a minimum. 

Once the return is approved, the value of the purchase or item will be refunded through the same method the original payment was made. 

 

Until the package is received by CHÉ, it remains the customer’s responsibility. 

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM: 

Send a return/exchange request email to hello@thecheshop.com No later than 15 days from receiving the order. Please include the order number and reason for return. 

  1. The items should be packaged in their original condition, with any accessories or tags included in the original package and should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

  2. Contact an authorized courier service or local post office (such as Postal service, DHL, DPD, UPS, Fedex or GLS) and send the package to:

Once the package is received and approved, the refund or exchange request will be processed. This may take up to 21 days. Please remember that the refund will not include the shipping costs, and that financial responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. 

  1. When the returned item is  received and approved, we will give you a full refund of your order - minus your return-shipping costs - within 21 days. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us.
