  • What size should I buy?

  • What if none of the sizes fit me? 

For the accessories (such as ring belts, leather belts) we would happily customize the sizes upon request. For this, we would need the waist measurement. For a detailed guide on how to measure this click here. (website link)

PRODUCTION: 

 

  • Where are your pieces being produced?

CHÉ products are sourced from a variety of little manufacturers in different locations.


Our beautiful woven fabrics are produced in South America. These are then brought to Austria, and in collaboration with a small local leather manufacturer in Vienna, our products such as belts, bagstraps, dogcollars and key chains are created.  


Other products, such as wallets, leather bags, and alpargatas are produced in Spain and brought to Austria, where we work on the final touches with our tailor.



  • What material are you using for your products?

The majority of our products consist of leather and the woven fabric produced in South America. Furthermore, the final touches such as the rings, buckles, and clips are silver or brass. 


The espadrilles (alpargatas), are produced mainly with cotton and plant fibers at the bottom. 



Orders

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

To provide you with the best service, and not make you wait for your items, we process orders quickly and try to ship them out as soon as possible. As a result, there is only a relatively short period of time to change or cancel orders. 

If you want to cancel an order, please make sure to contact us immediately and we will try out best to make any changes to the order, but we are unable to guarantee it. Orders can only be changed or cancelled until the shipping email is received. 

Please note that once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to make any changes to the order or to the address.

  • Do you ship internationally? 

Yes. CHÉ is based in Austria and ships internationally. Please check here for further information about international shipping and shipping rates. 


  • How much are shipping costs?
  • All products are shipped from and shipping costs vary depending on the location of the customer. Please click here for more information about shipping costs. 


    Returns/Exchanges & Refunds

    • Can I return or exchange items?

    Yes. We accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with all accessories and tags of original packaging within 15 days of receiving the package. We offer full refunds, but note that the shipping costs will not be included in the refund. CHÉ  reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet its return policy requirements.   • How do the return shipping costs work?
  • For returns/exchanges the return shipping costs will be the customers responsibility. Until a package is received by CHÉ, it remains in the customers responsibility.  Please click here for more information.

  • What if a product arrives damaged? 
  • We take extensive care of making sure that all orders are perfect. In case of a faulty or damaged or incorrect product, we will of course try to find a solution for you. CHÉ will in this case, cover the shipping and return shipping costs.
